About the Founder
My name is Roxana Dancof, and I didn’t wake up one fine morning deciding to be a Behavioral Identity Consultant because it sounded interesting. I created this name, this concept, this niche, and even a new methodology out of necessity and personal pain.
That is how The S.I.G.N.A.L. Method™ was born.
That is how Behavioral Identity Consultant™ was created.
That is how Powerful Human Awareness™ was crystallized.
That is how everything you see here was built.
In business, you often hear: “If you want to make money, find a problem and provide a solution!” It’s a valid logic, but I refuse to have a cold business where the sole purpose is “to grow the numbers or work with anyone to achieve my target.” Doing that would be like forcing myself to wither away.
I have a vision, and that’s where it all started… I leave it to other people who have the necessary power for that kind of business…
But me?
I am here to work on what you cannot see!
I saw a gap I couldn’t ignore. A gap between how we approach power and what we were taught it means to be powerful and successful. But there is a fundamental difference between performance forced through control and leadership driven by respect.
Control is about fear, while leadership driven by respect is about natural authority.
It is about creating a vision so powerful and integrated that the structure builds itself around you, without the need for you to force it every single second.

We look around and wonder why the world feels like it’s falling apart.
Not from forces beyond our control, but from the shadow of unchecked ego, the thirst for hollow power, and a devastating lack of empathy for our planet and its people.
We spend our days doing what we are “supposed” to do, rather than who we actually are.
You pretend to be "X" at work, "Y" at home, and "Z" just to belong. You even perform when no one is watching... lying to yourself in the mirror because the truth feels too uncomfortable to face.
Let’s be honest: That’s not leadership... That’s a performance!
And it’s exhausting.
I am here to change the way the world is governed by changing the internal system of those who lead it.
My mission is to be your ally for success on all levels. If I can help you change your internal system, you will begin to make decisions aligned with your truth... for your own well-being, and by extension, for the good of everyone you touch.
Who said a system can’t be torn down?
But we start with the internal infrastructure. Your "inner foundation" is often just a collection of scripts and mirrors that aren't actually yours. You change that identity, and your life changes. It’s not magic—it’s logic and ownership.
And... you cannot change any system if you are too afraid to change the one running on autopilot inside you.
